今天小林收到John Locke官方郵件通知的2026年比賽題目，官網后續會正式公布，先跟著小林一睹為快吧！
⚠⚠ 2026賽季John Locke兩大改革：
一、新增三大類別：
John Locke寫作競賽從原本的7個類別增設至10個類別！
十大選題方向分別是：
①政治、②經濟、③歷史、④哲學、⑤法律、⑥神學、⑦心理學、
⑧公共政策（新增）、⑨科學與技術（新增）、⑩國際關系（新增）
二、低年級組（junior組）賽制更新：
① Junior組候選人可回答任何類別中的任意問題
② Junior組每個類別內單獨評審

1、Economics（經濟）
Q1. Should we fear a cashless society?
我們應該畏懼“無現金社會”嗎？
Q2. Technology now allows personalised pricing. If this came to be widely used, what effects should we expect?
技術現已支持“個性化定價”，如果這一手段被廣泛使用，我們應該預期會產生哪些影響？
Q3. Did Jeff Bezos get rich at the expense of his customers, his employees, neither or both?
杰夫·貝佐斯（Jeff Bezos）的財富積累是以其顧客、員工為代價，還是兩者皆非，抑或兩者皆是？
2、History（歷史）
Q1. "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice." Is it? Does it?

人文社科寫作競賽“天花板”！
JohnLocke約翰洛克寫作比賽
John Locke Essay Competition寫作比賽是由位于英國牛津的獨立教育組織John Locke Institute與牛津、普林斯頓、布朗、白金漢大學等名校教授合作組織的學術項目。
John Locke致力于幫助青少年培養成為“偉大作家的特質”：獨立思考、知識深度、清晰推理、批判性分析和有說服力的風格。
John Locke由來自牛津大學和普林斯頓大學等世界高等學府的資深學者組成的評審團進行評審。
在比賽中獲得Distinction可以大幅提升美國和英國大學本科申請成功率。往年參與學生錄取成績包括普林斯頓、哈佛、耶魯、斯坦福、芝加哥、伯克利、牛津、劍橋等世界名校。
報名條件
● 高年級組：提交論文時年滿18歲及以下
● 低年級組：提交論文時年滿14歲及以下
組別選擇
● Senior高年級組：15-18歲
● Junior低年級組：14歲及以下，在官方給定的10個問題中，任選一個回答撰寫論文。
活動時間軸（參考2025年）
2026年2月第一個周一：公布全年賽題
以下為參考2025年時間安排
2026年4月1日：正式開放投稿通道
2026年5月31日：常規截止日期（免費提交）
2026年6月30日：最終截止日（需支付延遲費）
2026年7月下旬：延遲提交通道關閉
2026年8月中下旬：公布入圍名單（Shortlist）
2026年9月21日：牛津頒獎晚宴（線下，可選擇性參加）
賽事要求
🔹 字數要求
可以在不同領域中提交多篇文章，但不得超過2000字（不包括圖表、數據表、腳注、參考書目或作者聲明）。
🔹 內容要求
論文將根據知識水平和對相關材料的理解、證據的有效使用、論證的質量、結構、寫作風格和說服力來進行評判。建議考生盡可能準確、直接地回答問題。所有的論文獎都由牛津大學的資深學者評審。
🔹 引用要求
官方推薦：谷歌Scholar, JSTOR, OurWorldinData.org, PubMed, Government Documents, Think Tank Reports（盡量選擇官方所發布的學術文章或者事件報導）可以混合使用腳注，APA(美國心理協會)，或MLA(現代語言協會)格式。但任何文本引用格式的字數都將被計算在文章內。
獎項設置
🏆 Grand Prize (終極獎）1人
獲得John Locke學院10,000美元的榮譽獎學金，用于參加學院一個或多個暑期學校或gap year課程。
🏆 各學科領域
Winner、Second Prize、Third Prize各1人：獲得2000美元獎學金，用于覆蓋John Locke學院任何課程的費用。
