關(guān)于我校食品安全問題的公開致歉信

近日，我校發(fā)生食品安全問題，正在接受浦東新區(qū)市場監(jiān)管局的調(diào)查。因為我校在食品安全監(jiān)督管理工作中存在的嚴(yán)重過失，對學(xué)生、家長和社會造成了不良影響，學(xué)校董事會和校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)感到十分愧疚和自責(zé)，在此，向所有師生、家長和關(guān)注學(xué)校的社會各界人士表示最真誠的歉意。

學(xué)校董事會已于事發(fā)當(dāng)日成立緊急工作小組，要求學(xué)校自查自究、嚴(yán)肅檢討，并對相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行問責(zé)。即日起，免去朱榮林總校長職務(wù)、唐翠華總務(wù)主任職務(wù)、馮正梅食堂管理員職務(wù)，并接受調(diào)查。學(xué)校將落實市教委、市食藥監(jiān)局要求堅持食堂公益性的原則，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人存在利益交換等違法行為，將根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果依法追責(zé)。

我們將全力配合政府各部門的調(diào)查，同時已經(jīng)安排落實學(xué)校食堂緊急供餐問題，確保學(xué)生的正常供餐，后續(xù)將在有關(guān)部門指導(dǎo)下，通過家委會遴選出新的供餐方案，由相關(guān)政府部門審核后啟用。

學(xué)校將以此為戒，進(jìn)一步落實學(xué)校食品安全主體責(zé)任制，健全各項內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制，發(fā)揮家委會作用，接受家長和社會的監(jiān)督，同時開展 “透明廚房”改造工作，在確保食堂食品安全的同時讓學(xué)生吃好每一餐。

鑒于此事對于廣大家長、教師和社會公眾帶來的焦慮不安和負(fù)面影響，學(xué)校董事會再次致以深深的歉意。

Public Apology on Food Safety in Our School

Recently, our school had a food safety problem and is now under investigation by the Pudong New Area Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. The School Board and the leadership are ashamed and remorseful for our serious negligence of the food safety supervision and management at our school and the hurt and upset it has caused to the students, the parents and the public. Thus we would like to express our most sincere apologies to all of the students, the faculty/staff, the parents, and the public.

The School Board set up an emergency task force on the day of the incident to ask the school management to conduct serious review and self-reflection, while at the same time hold responsible persons accountable. Effective today, Zhu Ronglin will be removed from his position as the Headmaster; Tang Cuihua will be removed from her position as the Director of the General Affairs; Feng Zhengmei will be removed from her position as the school cafeteria coordinator. The School will stick to the requirements by the Bureau of Market Supervision and Administration, and the Education Bureau on the non-profitability of the school cafeteria – once we find out anyone is seeking vested interests from the process, we will hold that person legally accountable based on the results of the investigation.

The School is cooperating fully with various government departments on the investigation, and has implemented a contingency plan at the school to ensure the normal food service provided to the students and the faculty during the interim. A new solution for future food service, which will be guided by the relevant government offices and selected by the PTA, will be submitted to government for their approval before the solution is implemented.

The School will learn from this lesson and further strengthen considerably our food safety administration mechanism and improve other internal work procedures. We welcome the supervision from the parents and the public. Meanwhile, we will also launch an “open kitchen concept” renovation project of the school cafeteria to make sure our students and members of the school community are served with safe and nutritious meals.

The SMIC School Board sincerely apologizes again for all of the hurt, anxiety, and discomfort caused by this incident to students, parents, staff, and the public.
