一、typical ?英式?['t?p?k(?)l] ?美式?['t?p?kl] ?adj. 典型的；有代表性的，特有的；象征性的

1. 常用于名詞前，表示典型的有代表性的人或者物等。

對(duì)話中的例子：What's typical summer food in Washington (D.C.)?

華盛頓夏天有代表性的食物是什么？

新例子：Tom is always ready to help others out. He is a typical gentleman ?in our class.

Tom總是樂(lè)于助人，他是我們班典型的紳士。

2. typical?of (sb./ sth.)特有的，獨(dú)特的，典型的，一貫的(常帶有抱怨或者批評(píng)的情感）
