Another year, another Sidewalks and Sprinklers! This year marks the 5thtime our Puxi campus hosts the annual event. At SAS, fostering a lifelong passion for learning means that our teaching looks and feels a lot like play sometimes, and as educators focus on the social, emotional and academic development of our children, we celebrate this. Today, Puxi elementary students bonded with their community by drawing positive messages together on the sidewalks around campus. Then, sprinklers all across our fields came on to much laughter, joy and excitement.

新一年，又一場 “Sidewalks and Sprinklers”（步行道和灑水節）活動！今年是浦西校區第五年舉辦該活動。上海美國學校注重培養終身學習熱情，我們的教學在兼顧趣味性時的同時更加關注孩子們的社交、情感和學術，所以我們慶祝這個每年一次的步道涂鴉和灑水節日。今天，浦西小學的學生們走出教室，在校園里的步行道上揮灑畫筆，表達積極陽光的信息。校園里的灑水器開啟了這場狂歡，整個校園充滿了歡笑、喜悅和興奮。
