“在外面吃飯” 并不是"eat outside"~這個(gè)差別你一定要清楚！

out和outside都是很簡(jiǎn)單的詞匯，看起來(lái)也差不多，但小編今天要告訴大家，這兩個(gè)看起來(lái)很相似的單詞，其實(shí)真的不一樣！！

 

首先，outside是一個(gè)比較具象的詞，一般指在建筑物或空間附近的外面。答比如說(shuō)He is outside的意思是他在辦公室外面，不在里面，可能在外頭抽煙、聊天；Out 比較抽象，而He is out.是他不在辦公室，不知道在哪，也有可能下班了。

 

兩句話字面看起來(lái)差異不大，但含意不同，對(duì)方領(lǐng)悟自然也有差：

 

He is outside. 在外面。（應(yīng)該很快回電。）

He is out. 出去了，不知道會(huì)不會(huì)回來(lái)。（可能不會(huì)很快回電。）

 

另外常常不小心弄錯(cuò)的還有 eat outside 和 live outside，看看下面兩個(gè)句子：

 

我們常常在外面吃。

（X） We always eat outside.

（O） We always eat out.

 

我住外面。

（X） I live outside.

（O） I live by myself.

 

字面上差一點(diǎn)，意思卻差很多。所以說(shuō)呢，eat outside 意思是在戶外吃，live outside 意思是不住房子里，可能住在公園、草地甚至森林，如果要表達(dá)自己住外面，應(yīng)該要說(shuō) I live by myself。
