IHBB國際歷史挑戰（International History Bee & Bowl）是美國一個以歷史為主題的知識搶答學術活動，學術活動內容涵蓋科學、人文、語言及地理等多個領域，考察學生在歷史事件、歷史人物和歷史用語方面掌握的知識。
國際歷史挑戰（International History Bee & Bowl）面向全球學生，以英語為比賽語言，分為個人賽（International History Bee）和團隊賽（International History Bowl）。

以個人或4人團體方式參加（團隊賽不允許跨校組隊）

賽制要求
個人賽（History Bee）：
初級組：三輪搶答，每輪25道題，共75道題；
中級組&高中組：三輪搶答，每輪30道題，共90道題；
*隨機被分配到10人以內的教室,每人會發放一個buzzer（搶答器）進行搶答。
團體賽（History Bowl）：
最多6名學生。只允許4人同時答題（剩余學生可在中場休息進行替換）；不限制最低人數，甚至1人也可以參賽；
共五輪比賽。一輪比賽由4節組成, 每節由8-10個長短不一的問題組成，團隊需在固定的時間進行答題；
*團隊賽不允許跨校組隊
