A Level物理考試簡介

國內A Level物理主要有兩個考試局，CAIE和Edexcel。在考試時間和考試模式上，兩個考試局有略微差別。 CAIE物理分為AS和A2兩個階段，其中AS考試是3個paper，A2考試為2個paper，各paper不能單獨考試，必須以AS或者A2階段來參加。

Edexcel物理，也是分為AS和A2兩部分，每部分各由3個單元組成，且每單元均可單獨考試。

內容難度及廣度

內容難度：

物理在Alevel的理科中屬于難懂易精，也就是說不好入門，但是一旦入門以后屬于 付出就有回報的科目，從內容難度來看，對數學有一定要求，注重邏輯，其中CIE偏重計算，需要不少練習。

另外對于選擇CAIE考試局的考生來說，需要更加注意計算方面的練習；選擇愛德思考試局的同學則需要更加注意一些基本概念的描述。

內容廣度：

對比其他留學考試比如AP, Alevel物理的范圍無疑是大了不少的，涵蓋了力熱聲電光量子多個物理領域，考察也比較細致。

問題1：What is meant by an ideal gas.

解析：這是一道基礎的定義題，解釋什么是ideal gas。簡單來說只要符合ideal gas equation，pV / T = constant的，就叫理想氣體。不過要同時解釋清楚p、V和T分別代表哪些物理量。
