內(nèi)容概要

劍橋大學(xué)國際考評部（Cambridge Assessment International Education）的高中階段（IGCSE, AS and A-lEVEL）數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)學(xué)科大綱已進(jìn)行更新，新大綱將于2018年9月正式啟用。

借此機(jī)會，劍橋大學(xué)出版社誠摯地邀請數(shù)學(xué)老師參加在北京和上海舉辦的數(shù)學(xué)工作坊。

The Cambridge Assessment International Education Mathematics syllabuses are changing (first teach September 2018) and Cambridge University Press would like to invite you to our exclusive workshop.

劍橋大學(xué)出版社將邀請資深教師和教材作者跟老師們進(jìn)行交流和分享，主要內(nèi)容包括：

對于Cambridge IGCSE? Mathematics, IGCSE? and O Level Additional Mathematics, International AS & A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics等學(xué)科大綱更新的簡要解讀

對大綱中新增內(nèi)容的教學(xué)建議，以及劍橋大學(xué)出版社的相關(guān)支持

通過演示課的形式分享作者的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

An overview of what’s new and what’s changed in the syllabuses (Cambridge IGCSE? Mathematics, IGCSE? and O Level Additional Mathematics, International AS & A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics) and what this means for teachers.

Guidance on how to prepare, plan and deliver the new courses and how Cambridge University Press can support teachers through these changes.

Sample lessons from our author on how to incorporate deeper conceptual understanding, peer-to-peer learning, active learning and digital into classroom. Topics covered will include Cartesian Equations of Circles and Integration.

About the authors

Sue Pemberton （北京場及上海場）

Sue Pemberton有超過30年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，她對在課堂中引導(dǎo)主動學(xué)習(xí)有多年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并曾在世界各地進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科相關(guān)的教師培訓(xùn)。

她曾在多個考試局擔(dān)任考官，并出版了多本教材和教學(xué)資源，包括劍橋大學(xué)出版社最新版的Cambridge IGCSE? and O Level Additional Mathematics Coursebook, Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics: Pure Mathematics 1 and Pure Mathematics 2 &

3 Coursebooks等。

Sue Pemberton

Sue is a former teacher and lecturer with over 30 years’ teaching experience. She is passionate about promoting active learning in the classroom and has delivered training around the world.

She has examined for numerous examination boards and is the author of many education resources including the Cambridge University Press titles Cambridge IGCSE? and O Level Additional Mathematics Coursebook, and the Cambridge International AS & A

Level Mathematics: Pure Mathematics 1 and Pure Mathematics 2 & 3 Coursebooks.

Lee Mckelvey （北京場）

Lee Mckelvey來自蘇州德威高級中學(xué)，是劍橋大學(xué)出版社Cambridge International AS & A Level Further Mathematics Coursebook的作者之一。

Lee來自英國，但在中國西安、南京、蘇州等地教授高中數(shù)學(xué)已超過10年，對國內(nèi)的教學(xué)工作有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并曾擔(dān)任數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科主任。

Lee Mckelvey

2nd in Mathematics, Dulwich International High School Suzhou. Authors the Cambridge International AS & A Level Further Mathematics Coursebook.

Lee is a British national who graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics, an MSc(Hons) in fluid mechanics and a PGCE certification. Lee has taught Mathematics and Further Mathematics in China for 10 years. He spent 7 years

in Xi’an and 3 years in Nanjing where he was the Head of Mathematics.

Martin Crozier（上海場）

Martin Crozier是蘇州德威高級中學(xué)的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科主任，同時也從事進(jìn)階數(shù)學(xué)的教師培訓(xùn)和支持工作，他也曾多次為統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)教師提供在線培訓(xùn)。

Martin是劍橋大學(xué)出版社Cambridge International AS & A Level Further Mathematics Coursebook的作者之一。

Martin Crozier

Head of Mathematics of Dulwich International High School Suzhou, he also worked for the Further Mathematics Support Programme, delivering Further Maths teaching online and training other Statistics teachers. He graduated from the University of Durham,

University College, with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and the Open University, with a Diploma in Statistics. He is the one of authors of Cambridge International AS & A Level Further Mathematics Coursebook published by Cambridge University Press.
