美國科學(xué)碗比賽(NSB)如何準(zhǔn)備？

National Science Bowl作為全美規(guī)模最大的科學(xué)比賽之一，是由能源部(DOE)于1991年所創(chuàng)辦的團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)，每年大約都有9000多名高中生和5000名中學(xué)生報(bào)名參加，參賽的選手們來自全美多達(dá)700多個(gè)高中和300多個(gè)初中。

1，利用學(xué)習(xí)資源，注重?cái)?shù)學(xué)學(xué)科

雖然沒有給出固定的出題范圍，但是從學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)官網(wǎng)Q&A的給出的信息中可以看到，高中組的學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)難度和AP課程的難度差不多，推薦選用AP課程的相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備。

另外，NSB的官網(wǎng)也給出了每一年的練習(xí)題庫，可以配合Quizlet，Khan Academy，YouTube上的視頻以及Science百科全書等書籍進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。如果目前還沒有自己特別擅長的學(xué)科，可以先從最重要的數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科入手，數(shù)學(xué)可以參考Math Olympiad的相關(guān)資料。

2，注重團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，揚(yáng)長避短

一般來說，除了隊(duì)長之外，并不要求團(tuán)隊(duì)的每一個(gè)成員對(duì)每一個(gè)學(xué)科都十分精通，比方說有的選手擅長數(shù)學(xué)，有的擅長化學(xué)或物理，不同領(lǐng)域有專長的選手們組成一隊(duì)可以在比賽中更快更準(zhǔn)確地回答出各個(gè)學(xué)科的問題。當(dāng)然，團(tuán)隊(duì)如何配合也很重要。

3，模擬比賽現(xiàn)場，加強(qiáng)速度練習(xí)

由于Science Bowl需要選手在聽到問題之后搶答，快速算出正確答案的技能相當(dāng)重要。團(tuán)隊(duì)選手可以利用官網(wǎng)給出的樣題模擬賽場，把回答問題的時(shí)間縮短在10s之內(nèi)，經(jīng)常進(jìn)行倒計(jì)時(shí)答題練習(xí)。另外，在正式比賽前可以提前準(zhǔn)備草稿紙和筆，隨時(shí)在比賽過程中進(jìn)行演算。
