There are many events at school, which are negative when confronted initially, while which are getting positive after we experienced.

Please give an example of the events that are negative at first and positive for you later.

分析：

校園事件類話題，初看仿佛很難，但是此類話題非常貼近日常生活，所以對于有校園生活經驗的同學們，其實并不難回答。

1.可以從課外活動/志愿者活動入手：校園清潔大掃除，圖書管理員，貧困山區做義工，流浪動物救助站等等。

2.可以從學校/課堂規章制度考慮：寢室晚上要10點熄燈，上課之前同學們要輪流做演講，下課后要打掃教室等等。

Since last semester, the administration center in our school has announced that the power supply will be controlled and turn off in our dorm rooms at ten o’clock every evening, instead of supplying the power the whole night.

At first, every one of us was absolutely furious with this policy, because it brought us a lot of inconvenience.

For example, I can’t charge my iphone and mac air any more and sometimes, I can’t preview and finish the assignments until midnight.

However, after I get used to this new rule, I’ve never left my homework till the midnight.

Furthermore, I start to form a good habit of sleeping early and get up early to jog a little bit before getting to the dining hall for breakfast.

不贊成，認為可以錄像。

1.錄像可以幫助學生查漏補缺，預習復習準備考試。

2.也可以增加課程的曝光度，吸引更多對此有興趣的學生來聽課。

贊成，不可以錄像。

1.有了視頻資料，反而導致學生上課不專心聽講，降低課堂質量。

2.很多課堂需要interactivity，需要做group discussion和Q&A session，單看視頻，并沒有互動和幫助。

As for me, I don’t think it’s a brilliant idea to forbid students to record the lectures, for these recordings can be quite helpful after classes.

First of all, sometimes students will find it hard to stay focus and keep up with the professors all the time during the classes.

For example, my professor in film directing class talks really fast with a slight accent.

I barely got any time to write down the notes, let alone reviewing them before the coming exams.

With this method, students can easily find what they miss in the classes.

What’s more, recordings are good publicity and thus will strengthen the reputation of the academic fields for the school.

Whoever’s interested in that academic area can simply make a few clicks and have a look and decide whether to further the education or not.

政府有一筆資金想要投入到孩子的教育方面，有三個選擇：

The classes will be more attractive when teachers receive some sorts of specialized training, which would stimulate both the enthusiasm and the initiative of the students.

如果雇傭更多的老師，那么需要投入更多時間和精力去訓練新老師，并且還要更學生磨合。

學前教育的受眾群體有限，并且花費比培訓老師更多，性價比相對比較低。

On one hand, it takes time and efforts to train new teachers who have teething problems with the students.

On the other hand, the students in preschool education are not so many as those in normal education and the cost for it is much higher than that for training teachers.
