托福考試對(duì)于很多學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)有點(diǎn)遺憾,考試整體難度一般,舊題也不少,就是臨時(shí)有不少考點(diǎn)因?yàn)橐咔槿∠荚嚕瑢?dǎo)致該分手的同學(xué),錯(cuò)失分手機(jī)會(huì)。今天我們一起來(lái)看看2022年3月12日托福考情回顧。
今天考到的一篇綜合寫(xiě)作是一篇老題,在2017年線(xiàn)下,以及去年2021年托福在家考都出過(guò)題。內(nèi)容是有關(guān)于埃及金字塔中“shaft”的作用。我們分別來(lái)看一下閱讀和聽(tīng)力的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容概括。
Reading:
1.? The shafts were constructed for?ventilation?to bring fresh air to workers labored inside to breathe. 通風(fēng)作用
2.? The shafts, especially those in the king’s tomb, were positioned in relation to?stars which were linked to particular gods for religious reasons. 宗教原因
3.? Ancient builders may have built shafts as?passageways or openings for the king’s spirit to enter the afterlife. 死后升天的通道
Listening:
1.? Although the shafts from the upper chamber reached the out wall of the pyramids,?those coming from the lower chamber stopped several meters before they reach the outside, which means shafts from lower chamber couldn’t bring air from outside. All four shafts were quite similar to each other so it is very likely that they were for the same purpose. 下面的通道其實(shí)在墻里面距離外面幾米的地方就阻斷了
2.? The?relationship between stars and gods were established in the later years, well after the time when the great pyramid was built. Meanwhile, records from earlier ancient period did not mention strong connections between stars and gods. 星星與神仙連接起來(lái),其實(shí)是有金字塔之后的事情
3.? Ancient Egyptians didn’t believe the spirit needed shafts to travel through. The reason was that?Egyptians constructed many pyramids for their kings and they built only symbolic passageways, false doors onto the surface of the walls which actually did not open. 門(mén)其實(shí)都是被封死的,是象征意義

閱讀:一封信,推薦這個(gè)方法,不僅可以讓學(xué)生自己選擇時(shí)間,還鼓勵(lì)更多畢業(yè)生參與,增加輔導(dǎo)員數(shù)量。
聽(tīng)力:對(duì)話(huà)主導(dǎo)者是女方,很贊成。原因暫缺。
術(shù)語(yǔ):Vertical Migration
定義:海洋生物的垂直遷徙躲避捕食者或者找食物。
例子:某種生物白天跑海底,很暗,捕食者看不見(jiàn)。晚上跑海面上來(lái)覓食。
根據(jù)員工sale items 數(shù)量來(lái)發(fā)工資的2個(gè)缺點(diǎn):
第一,reward不合理。舉電器員工例子,這個(gè)員工給顧客服務(wù)很好,講了很多,但是顧客走了。第二天來(lái)買(mǎi)東西卻是第二個(gè)銷(xiāo)售人員接待,這部分營(yíng)銷(xiāo)額會(huì)被算到第二個(gè)銷(xiāo)售人員的頭上,所以不合理。
第二,增加了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。員工更不愿意分享他們的銷(xiāo)售導(dǎo)致新員工學(xué)不到導(dǎo)致總營(yíng)銷(xiāo)額下降。
