最近是春招的季節(jié)，經(jīng)濟不景氣，很多工程的小伙伴找工作并不順利，商科的同學也有不少感到迷茫。除了傳統(tǒng)的工程師、銀行service rep以及程序員之外，今天小編要給大家介紹另外一個工種（一類position），希望會給正在求職的小伙伴，帶來一個全新視角。

這個工種就是BusinessAnalyst (BA)。BA這類崗位，有三大核心特點：

1，幾乎各行各業(yè)都需要BA，F(xiàn)inance, IT, 工程，Retail，Health Care，等等，后面會具體講解BA的核心職能；

2，背景兼容性極其高，無論是工程，商科，IT，還是傳統(tǒng)的science，加上一定的培訓，都有機會跨界轉到BA領域；

3，行業(yè)發(fā)展縱深大，入門門檻不高，有entrylevel的position，同時也有很高level的、專門負責strategic planning的崗位，年輕人不需要耗費極大精力入圍，同時又有廣闊的發(fā)展空間。

BA 的定義：Business analyst (BA)?is someone who analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.
The role of a systems analyst can also be defined as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. Here business problems can be anything about business systems, for example the model, process, or method. The technology solutions can be the use of technology architecture, tools, or software application. System analysts are required to analyze, transform and ultimately resolve the business problems with the help of technology.
