英國大學1/10的入學名額是通過補錄的
每年7月至10月，一些英國大學將開放UCAS Clearing申請，為尚未收到錄取通知或錯過申請截止日期的學生提供申請機會。今年的清算時間是從7月5日到9月20日（2019年10月23日是添加清算選擇的最后一天）。根據UCAS的統計數據：2018年，超過60,000名學生通過Clearing獲得了英國大學的錄取通知書！
Clearing操作步驟
?學生和顧問溝通，確定專業方向，并注冊UCAS填寫信息；
?在UCAS使用搜索工具或從英國大學網站上查看哪些專還有空位；
?聯系英國大學（快速通話，許多大學都有clearing熱線）報上clearing number和個人ID，告知你要申請的成績和專業；如果學生符合要求，電話將轉移到英國大學課程管理員進行簡短的面試；
?學校確定學生資格不錯，學校會給一個verbal offer。學生需要在24小時內決定是否接受。如果確定接受將在UCAS Track中添加Clearing choice，一次添加一個院校，如果被拒絕就添加另一個......有關Clearing的具體操作，請咨詢CA。
?特別提醒：顧問老師應建議學生在經驗豐富的顧問的指導下操作clearing，因為不當操作可能導致UCAS賬戶凍結，并且許多英國名校clearing名額有限。學生需要盡早準備并快速開始。
