理工科專業，如何“帶薪”留學？EIT申請攻略（1）

前言

2017-2018年申請季，我們曾幫助北京郵電大學的Yixuan申請了EIT Digital Master School，她拿到了獎學金，目前在瑞典皇家理工讀研一。2019年4月12日是最我開心的一天。EIT Digital Master School公布了今年錄取結果，我們團隊合作的兩位同學（計算機專業）都被錄取，并都拿到了獎學金。獎學金包括學費減免，減免后學費為3000歐元/年。

西安電子科技大學的Limin拿到了每個月500歐元生活補助，而上海大學的Junhui則拿到了每個月800歐元生活補助。我衷心為Junhui感到開心，他出于家庭經濟壓力，不得不放棄申請一些學費較為昂貴的歐洲院校。我相信這筆獎學金將為他碩士留學減輕不少壓力。

因此，我覺得有必要和更多理工科專業的同學分享EIT項目的申請信息。我們將會整理出一些列文章：第一部分，我們將為你介紹EIT項目的基本信息；第二部分，我們將詳細解釋EIT獎學金的申請要求，和申請材料的準備。第三部分，我們將分別介紹這三位EIT獎學金得主的申請情況，他們的故事或許可以給你一些啟發和參考。

EIT項目基本介紹

EIT是European Institute of Innovation and Technology的縮寫，官方翻譯是歐洲理工或者歐洲創新科技學院，歐盟直屬單位。The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is an independent EU body. We enhance Europe’s ability to innovate by nurturing entrepreneurial talent and supporting new ideas.

Our Master School offers two-year, European postgraduate programmes in computer science and information technology, with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. The Master School’s programmes are delivered by leading European universities, partners of EIT Digital.

第一：Students study one year at an ‘entry’ university and one year at an ‘exit’ university in two of EIT Digital’s hot spots around Europe. 你必須在碩士項目合作的院校當中，選擇兩個大學完成學業。你需要在第一所大學（Entry university）完成你第一年的學習，在第二所大學（Exit university）完成第二年的學習。

第二：Upon completion, graduates receive degrees from the two universities and a certificate awarded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. 畢業后，你將獲得兩所大學頒發的碩士學位，以及歐洲創新與技術學院頒發的證書。

第三：The first year is similar at all entry points with basic courses to lay the foundation for the chosen technical programme focus. Some elective courses may also be chosen. At the same time, students are introduced to business and management. 所有大學的第一年的課程都相對基礎，主要是為了第二年的深入學習做鋪墊。第一年的學習過程中，你可以選修一些課程，并且你會學習一定的商業與管理知識。

第四：During the second semester, a design project is combined with business development exercises. These teach how to turn technology into business and how to present a convincing business plan. 第二學期，你會深入鉆研專業學習，并且你將把理論知識與實際相結合。學校會教你如何通過技術創造出能夠改變人類社會的商業想法。

第五：In between the first year and the second year, a summer school addresses business opportunities within a socially relevant theme. 在第一年和第二年之間，你可以參與EIT提供的暑期學校，你將有機會深入了解如何發展自己的商業計劃。

第六：The second year offers a specialisation and a graduation project. The gradation project includes an internship at a company or a research institute and results in a Master thesis with a strong innovation and entrepreneurship dimension. 第四學期，你可以選擇在科研機構或者企業完成你的畢業論文。

Previous education must have included basic mathematics courses within linear algebra, Fourier methods, and probability theory, as well as basic object-oriented programming.

自從2018年秋季開始，EIT的項目進行了全面的更新。有更多的歐洲科技院校加入到了EIT項目當中，也就是說申請者有了更多合作院校進行選擇。以EIT最熱門的Data Science碩士項目為例，該碩士項目中包括9個合作院校。下面，我們將為大家一一介紹這些院校:

Eindhoven University of Technology

荷蘭艾恩德霍芬理工大學（荷蘭語:Technische Universiteit Eindhoven，或譯艾恩德霍芬科技大學，縮寫為TU/e)，原艾恩德霍芬技術學校，是一個坐落于荷蘭艾恩德霍芬的歐洲頂尖理工大學。艾恩德霍芬科技大學作為世界百強名校，位于荷蘭科技中心艾恩德霍芬市，是荷蘭乃至全歐洲最負盛名的理工科大學之一，其高質量的教學與科研在荷蘭國內和國際上都享有極高的知名度，與臺夫特理工大學攜手在多個排行榜中位居荷蘭前二。

在2007 年2月7 日, 荷蘭三大理工大學（艾恩德霍芬科技大學，臺夫特理工大學和特文特大學）正式建立了荷蘭頂級理工大學聯盟3TU，并于2016年加入瓦赫寧恩大學，成為今的4TU聯盟。在2019年的QS世界大學排名中，艾恩德霍芬理工大學名列全球前百名校，統計領域位居全球第39名，其在大數據領域中的Process Mining實力名聞全球。在泰晤士高等教育世界大學排名中，該校計算機科學領域為全球第74名，科技與工程領域為全球第69名。

KTH?Royal Institute of Technology

瑞典皇家理工學院（瑞典語：Kungliga Tekniska h?gskolan，縮寫為KTH）位于瑞典首都斯德哥爾摩，世界百強頂尖名校之一，成立于1827年，為瑞典最大的工學院之一，也是歐洲頂尖的理工大學。皇家理工學院在科技與工程領域的排名為北歐最強學府。自1827年，皇家理工學院便是歐洲培養創新與科技人才的主要中心之一，其理工科享譽歐洲甚至全世界。

皇家理工學院與美國麻省理工學院、英國倫敦帝國理工學院、英國劍橋大學、英國牛津大學、瑞士蘇黎世聯邦理工學院、日本東京大學等知名學府同列于DeansForum成員。根據2015-2016QS世界大學排名，瑞典皇家理工學院位列第92位。韋伯麥特里克斯網世界大學排名第84。它是一所著名的理工院校，在《泰晤士報高等教育增刊》2014年世界大學排名中，工程學科世界排名列第38位。其中，在2015-2016QS世界大學排名中，電子與電氣工程世界排名第16位，機械工程世界排名第25位。2019年，兩大世界大學排名指標之一的《泰晤士報高等教育增刊》發布皇家理工學院的影響力位居世界第七。

Technical University of Madrid

西班牙馬德里理工大學（西班牙語：Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, UPM）是一所位于西班牙首都馬德里的理工類大學。學校創建于1971年，由幾所工程和建筑類學校合并而成。目前擁有學生35,000名。在西班牙著名的《世界報》2008-2009年度的大學排行榜上，馬德里理工大學在71所評比大學中綜合實力名列第2位，同時是西班牙理工類最好的大學。該校的座右銘是Ingeniamos el futuro ( 我們設計未來 ).作為西班牙頂級的理工類大學，該校培養了多名各個科技領域的教育人員和研究人員，有不少是諾貝爾獎及國家建筑獎獲得者，是現代科技的領航人。

UniversityCote d’Azur, Nice

法國France UniversityCote d’Azur, Nice，C?ted'Azur大學是法國普羅旺斯 - 阿爾卑斯 - 藍色海岸的大學和高等教育機構組成的協會（ComUE）。

Politecnico di Milano

意大利米蘭理工大學（Politecnico di Milano）是位于意大利米蘭的一所國立大學，目前擁有七個校區。創立于1863年，是米蘭歷史最悠久的大學，也是意大利規模最大的科技類大學，約有42000個學生，是一所歷史悠久、專業分布廣泛、師資力量雄厚的理工大學。

米蘭理工大學是歐洲乃至世界的頂尖理工大學之一，在設計、建筑、工程、航空航天等學科方面具有世界領先地位和卓越聲望。在2019 QS世界大學綜合排名中，米蘭理工大學在意大利國內排名第1位，世界排名第156位。在2019 QS世界大學專業排名中，藝術與設計排名第6位、建筑學排名第11位、土木工程排名第7位、機械和制造工程排名第16位、電子與電氣工程排名23位，并且數學、物理與空間科學、材料科學、化學工程也都排在50-100位。其與瑞士蘇黎世聯邦理工學院、德國亞琛工業大學、荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學、瑞典查爾姆斯理工大學構成歐洲頂尖工科高校聯盟IDEA聯盟。

France University Paris – Sud

法國巴黎第十一大學（法語：Université Paris-Sud，原名Université Paris sud 11），又稱南巴黎大學，是一所位于法國法蘭西島大區的綜合性公立大學。其校訓的非官方中文翻譯為"同究天理，共筑未來"。（"Comprendrele monde, construire l'avenir"）。其校園主要分布于埃松省（Essonne），上塞納省（Hauts-de-Seine）和瓦勒德馬恩省（Val-de-Marne），主要位在巴黎西南方郊區。原巴黎大學理學院的orsay實驗室的繼承者，現在是法國頂尖的研究型公立大學之一。

Aalto University

芬蘭阿爾托大學（芬蘭語：Aalto-yliopisto，瑞典語：Aalto-universitetet，英語：Aalto University），是一所主要位于芬蘭大赫爾辛基地區的大學，其由在各自領域內頂級的三所大學——赫爾辛基理工大學（1849年成立）、赫爾辛基經濟學院（1904年成立）和赫爾辛基藝術設計大學（1871年成立）合并而成。阿爾托大學于2010年1月1日開始運行。阿爾托大學首任創校校長為世界知名分子遺傳學家，前瑞典皇家工學院副校長，圖拉·泰里（Tuula Teeri）。阿爾托大學的創辦與芬蘭近年來推行的高等教育改革、尤其是高等院校結構重組密切相關。

該大學的一項目標是：到2020年，在其重點發展的學科領域內成為世界上領先的研究及教學機構之一。阿爾托大學理工學院是現阿爾托大學于2010年1月至11月間對原赫爾辛基理工大學的過渡名稱。舊時縮寫：TKK，前稱赫爾辛基理工大學，亦有稱赫爾辛基工業大學（芬蘭語：Teknillinenkorkeakoulu；瑞典語：Tekniska h?gskolan），位于芬蘭赫爾辛基衛星城埃斯波的奧塔涅米，是芬蘭最好，且歷史最為悠久的理工科大學，亦是歐洲頂尖的理工大學之一，在國際上享有盛譽。

E?tv?s Loránd University

匈牙利羅蘭大學（匈牙利語：E?tv?s Loránd Tudományegyetem，縮寫為ELTE），舊名布達佩斯大學（BudapestiTudományegyetem），位于匈牙利首都布達佩斯市的一所大學，為該國第一學府，創立于1635年。厄特沃什·羅蘭大學（E?tv?sLoránd Tudományegyetem）于1635年由紅衣主教帕茨瑪尼·彼得（PazmanyPeter）建立，1770年改名為皇家佩斯大學，1873年改為布達佩斯大學，1921年更名為皇家匈牙利帕茲馬尼·彼得大學，1950年大學重組，正式更名為厄特沃什·羅蘭大學，以世界著名物理家厄特沃什·羅蘭命名，是匈牙利規模最大的綜合科研性大學。

Technical University of Berlin

德國柏林工業大學（Technische Universit?t Berlin）位于德國首都柏林，地處柏林“母親河”施普雷河畔，是柏林地區唯一所理工科大學，是德國的第一所工業大學，是世界著名理工大學，也是世界頂尖理工大學之一。

柏林工業大學科研實力雄厚，其將純理論研究與應用研究置于同等重要的地位。在2016-2017泰晤士世界大學工程和科學類學科排名中，柏林工業大學位列世界第35名，其開設的許多專業排名都位于德國前三。現為德國九所卓越理工大學聯盟（TU9）成員之一，TIME歐洲頂尖工業管理者高校聯盟德國七所高校之一，CESAER歐洲高等工程教育和研究大學會議聯盟德國十所高校之一，PEGASUS歐洲航空航天大學合作聯盟德國六所高校之一。

柏林工業大學在世界上享有盛譽，該校大約20%的學生來自于國外，使其相比其他德國學校更具鮮明的國際化色彩。該校最早的淵源可以追溯到由腓特烈二世在1770 年10月發起創立的采礦學院，建校200余年以來，培養了許多學術界和工業界的先驅，為德國乃至世界培養了一大批人才。一直以來，都有許多著名的科學家、文學家、藝術家在此工作。其校友和教授中有10位諾貝爾獎、7位萊布尼茨獎、1位普利茲克獎獲得者，10余位中國科學院、工程院院士畢業于該校。

同學首先需要確定自己感興趣的碩士項目/專業。這7個碩士項目，每個碩士項目下面都有不同的合作院校。Data Science碩士項目，有9個不同院校可以選擇。而Visual Computing and Communication碩士項目中，只有4個不同院校可以選擇。
