DJ Forbes visits DCSPD！| DJ Forbes先生到訪我校！

Yesterday saw DJ Forbes ex All Black captain and 1 time world 7’s rugby player of the year visit The College. Mr Forbes ran a series of clinics with our representational U11, 13 and 15 Rugby teams as well as making a guest speaking appearance at the annual sports award dinner. The clinics were hugely fun and insightful for our players who all definitely felt the buzz of having an Olympian, Commonwealth Champion and World Cup winner in their presence. It was also very enlightening to hear of the mindset and values that have guided Mr Forbes’ to the top of his chosen field, the children heard of his PADS values (Passion, Attitude, Discipline and Sacrifice) and what it means to be the leader of a high performing team.

昨天，前新西蘭全黑隊隊長、1次“世界七人橄欖球系列賽最佳球員”稱號獲得者DJForbes先生到訪我校。Forbes先生面向我校U11、U13和U15橄欖球隊開展了一系列輔導活動，同時在一年一度的體育頒獎晚宴上作了客串演講。輔導活動精彩紛呈，對小隊員們而言充滿了啟發。同學們為有幸與這位前奧運選手、英聯邦大賽冠軍和世界杯冠軍獲得者面對面而感到興奮不已。Forbes先生還向大家介紹了引領他走向成功的一系列價值觀和理念，如他的PADS價值觀（激情、態度、自律、犧牲精神）、作為強隊領袖的感悟等等，令大家受益匪淺。
