What’s the difference of xx？在雅思口語(yǔ)題中如何回答?

在雅思第三趴部分，經(jīng)常會(huì)問(wèn)到的問(wèn)題就是What’s?the?difference?of xx…

對(duì)于這類(lèi)問(wèn)題，由于題目多，問(wèn)法靈活，很多“考鴨”會(huì)不知所措，如若在碰到考官的連環(huán)奪命“Why”？相信很多當(dāng)場(chǎng)就已經(jīng)崩潰。

其實(shí)對(duì)于這種詢問(wèn)不同的問(wèn)題，最直接的回答方法就是分類(lèi)，是的，分情況討論是說(shuō)每個(gè)人在不同情況下，所得出的結(jié)論都不盡相同，大部分同學(xué)在這里失分的原因不外乎太過(guò)于泛泛，或者太籠統(tǒng)，那么解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題最好的辦法就是具有針對(duì)性，細(xì)化每一個(gè)結(jié)果。

在這里我們將對(duì) difference 類(lèi)型分成幾個(gè)不同的方面進(jìn)行探討，其中包括時(shí)間不同，年齡不同，性別不同進(jìn)行分別舉例，今天我們主要對(duì)時(shí)間不同進(jìn)行解析

Time Difference時(shí)間不同

針對(duì)此類(lèi)的時(shí)間差異，考官一般會(huì)具體提問(wèn),比如：

1.“What’s the difference of xx in the past and now”

2.“What’s the difference of xx nowadays and in the future”不難發(fā)現(xiàn)這部分是在比較過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的不同？

具體問(wèn)題可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)：

想在你的國(guó)家的人們比以前更富有嗎？

以前的人生活方式比現(xiàn)在更健康嗎？

仔細(xì)審題，可以找到題眼是在強(qiáng)調(diào)，收入，生活方式等。

針對(duì)這一類(lèi)問(wèn)題，解決方法三部曲：

▎第一部：細(xì)化時(shí)間軸。

考官?zèng)]有對(duì)具體時(shí)間進(jìn)行細(xì)化，那就需要我們自己構(gòu)建時(shí)間軸，細(xì)化時(shí)間

例如：

What’s the difference of houses nowadays and in the past?

Past:?20 years ago= two decades ago/ in my parents’ generation/ in the 1960s or 70s.

Future:?10 years from now/ in 25 years/ in the foreseeable future(可預(yù)見(jiàn)的未來(lái)) / in the near future.

▎第二部：細(xì)化討論內(nèi)容。

對(duì)于內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分類(lèi)討論，可以用論述性句子和實(shí)例進(jìn)行搭配使用；在這里總結(jié)一些常用的原因可以在各種問(wèn)題中去套用:

1.the development of modern technology,??particularly the Internet 技術(shù)發(fā)展

2.globalization 全球化進(jìn)程

3.development of economy 經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展(家庭條件變化)

而對(duì)于未來(lái)而言，除了不久的未來(lái)，我們也可以適當(dāng)?shù)拈_(kāi)開(kāi)腦洞，比如加入外太空探索，等等，畢竟未來(lái)誰(shuí)有能知道會(huì)發(fā)展到什么程度呢，所以適當(dāng)?shù)哪X洞，反而會(huì)提高考官對(duì)你所述內(nèi)容的興趣，有利于拿高分。

▎第三部：總結(jié)。

下面我看看一個(gè)例子：

中國(guó)家庭生活和以前比，有什么差別？

Has the family life in China changed?

拆分1: More than a decade ago, family education was quite straightforward and traditional because parents were?mostly tied up with (和…有密切聯(lián)系)?their work or business.

拆分2: entering the 21 century, more and more females choose to stay at home and?dedicate to (把時(shí)間花在, 致力于) taking care of the family, that is, to work as a housewife.

Sample：

Yeah, sure. There were?a whole lot of (許許多多的)?differences in terms of family life in our country.

The biggest difference I guess lies in the way people bring up their kids. More than a decade ago, family education was quite straightforward and traditional because parents were?mostly tied up with (和…有密切聯(lián)系)?their work or business.

However, entering the 21 century, more and more females choose to stay at home and?dedicate to (把時(shí)間花在, 致力于) taking care of the family, that is, to work as a housewife. It turned out that about 80% of family activity?are centered around (以..為中心)?kids once they have one. I guess this is a result of a?surplus (富足)?in wealth and the increase competition in the next generation.
