“國(guó)際教育的本地融合與超越IB的探索實(shí)踐”工作坊專為對(duì)國(guó)際教育理念和價(jià)值感興趣的教育者定制。通過(guò)工作坊活動(dòng)，您可以體驗(yàn)在UWC學(xué)習(xí)生活的典型一天——從學(xué)術(shù)課程到體驗(yàn)式學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目，再到慶祝多元文化的表演活動(dòng)。參與者將觀察到UWC老師如何帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生探索IB學(xué)術(shù)課程以外的部分，并投身于不同場(chǎng)景下的體驗(yàn)式學(xué)習(xí)。通過(guò)一系列活動(dòng)，您將了解UWC教育如何讓學(xué)生走出自己的舒適區(qū)，進(jìn)入充滿新知和創(chuàng)意，能夠安全表達(dá)個(gè)人價(jià)值觀，大膽發(fā)表個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)和見(jiàn)解的平臺(tái)，并在這里，學(xué)生們獲得充分的支持，并樂(lè)于為他人提供幫助。同時(shí)，您將看到UWC教育模式里的重要環(huán)節(jié)——老師和學(xué)生如何建立信任并分享各自的價(jià)值觀。
This two-day workshop is designed for educators who are interested in the concepts and values of international education. During the workshop, you will experience a typical day at UWC, from academic and experiential learning programmes to aconcertcelebrating diversity. Participants will be introduced to the various ways and means teachers take students beyond thepureacademicsof the International Baccalaureate to engage them in experiential learningindifferentinteractiveformats.Through a variety of activities, you will understand how a UWC education invites students to step out of their comfort zone to a place where they become aware of new ideas, a place that is safe to express one’s own values, where they discover their voices to share perspectives and ideas, and a place where they are doing all of this while supporting each other on every step.You will see how teachers and studentsestablish trustandsharevalues, which is a driving force within the UWC educational context.

工作坊第二天的活動(dòng)將通過(guò)有趣、互動(dòng)和協(xié)作的形式向參與者分享UWC教育最獨(dú)特的部分——從課程創(chuàng)新，體驗(yàn)式學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生成為創(chuàng)變者的實(shí)踐。同時(shí)也將為參與者提供職業(yè)社交的良好契機(jī)，突破學(xué)科界限，與來(lái)自不同背景的教育者互動(dòng)溝通。
The second day of the workshop is designed to be fun, interactive,and collaborative,where all participantslearn more aboutthe most unique parts of UWC education, from curriculum innovation and experiential programme design to the practice of transforming students intochange-makers. It is also a good opportunity for participants to build their professional network,which goes beyond the subjectsthey teach,and create links to educational professionals working in a variety of contexts.
