Sensible ideas have been around for a long time, but the state-level bodies that govern the profession have been too conservative to implement them. B解題技巧講解

第一步：讀懂題干，定位答案區間

1、題干：Hindrance?to the reform of the legal system?originates from▁▁▁▁.（法律系統改革的障礙來源于▁▁▁▁）

2、定位：通過題干中的Hindrance、the reform of the legal system這些定位詞可以把答案區間定位到所給段落的第1句話。

Reforming the legal system?would help both lawyers and their customers.

參考譯文：改革法律系統將對律師和客戶雙方都有利。

題目問的是法律系統改革的障礙來源于什么，顯然，這句話并沒有回答出題干的問題。

定位技巧：

遇到這種情況（初次定位的部分，并不是真正的答案區間），這時我們要去重新定位答案區間，其實很簡單，我們只要去看剛才所讀句子的下面一句話即可，即：

Sensible ideas have been around for a long time, but the state-level bodies that govern the profession have been too conservative to implement them.

第二步：精讀定位部分，并思考該部分是否回答出題干問題

Sensible ideas have been around for a long time, but the state-level bodies that govern the profession have been too conservative to implement them.

參考譯文：雖然合理的建議已經存在了很長一段時間，但是管理該行業的州級政府機關卻一直太保守，而不能執行這些建議。

句子分析

1、該句是一個并列句，由but連接。

2、分句一：Sensible ideas（主語） have been（系動詞） around （表語）for a long time（介詞短語作時間狀語），

3、分句二：the state-level bodies（主語） that govern the profession（that引導的定語從句，修飾主語）?have been（系動詞） too conservative（表語） to implement them（動詞不定式短語作結果狀語）.

請思考一個問題

這句話有沒有回答出題干的問題？

其實已經回答了，其障礙是the state-level bodies，因為他們太保守了，導致改革的建議沒有得到執行，你在腦海中只要記住the state-level bodies這個關鍵對象就可以了。

定位、解題小技巧：

定位時，看到表示轉折的詞匯（but、yet、however等）一定要敏感起來，因為轉折部分往往是作者真正想強調的部分，是答案區間的概率很大。

第三步：對比選項，確定答案

正確選項分析

看到B選項中的bodies governing the profession，就要意識到這應該是正確答案，因為B選項和答案區間的主體對象是一致的。

此外，B選項中的rigid跟答案區間（定位部分）中的conservative是一對明顯的同意替換，發現同意替換，果斷確定答案。

確定答案的技巧：

正確選項的核心特征是：跟答案區間之間會體現同意替換（詞和詞之間的同意替換、整體上的同意替換）。

附：錯誤選項分析

A.lawyers’ and clients’ strong resistance.（律師和客戶的抵抗）

錯誤原因：選項意思跟定位部分相反（Reforming the legal system would help both lawyers and their customers. 既然對律師和客戶都有利，他們怎么會抵抗了？）

C.the stern exam for would-be lawyers.（嚴格的準律師資格考試）

D.non-professional’s sharp criticism.（非專業人士的批評）

錯誤原因：選項意思在定位部分（答案區間）中沒有提到。定位部分沒有提到考試的嚴格、非專業人士的批評。

排除答案的技巧

錯誤選項的常見特征有：

1、選項意思跟定位部分相反（A選項）。

2、選項意思在定位部分中沒有提到（這是最常見的特征，比如本題的C、D選項）。
