Music is a language that the whole world speaks and is an artist’s thought and soul. However, do you also know that we can turn ourselves into instruments and sound into music?

音樂是無(wú)國(guó)界的語(yǔ)言，傾注了藝術(shù)家的思想與靈魂，在世界的每一個(gè)角落肆意盛放。但你知道嗎，只要用我們的身體，就能演奏出繽紛多彩的音符？

In combined learning of this unit of inquiry themed “Understanding of sound facilitates creative expression”, SUIS International Stream was delighted to invite the world-renowned artist Nick Demeris to our campus who brought us an inspiring and interactive “Human Instruments” workshop.

結(jié)合本單元探究主題“對(duì)聲音的理解促進(jìn)了創(chuàng)意表達(dá)”，國(guó)際融合課程特別邀請(qǐng)到了享譽(yù)業(yè)界的聲音藝術(shù)大師Nick Demeris來(lái)到協(xié)和，為我們帶來(lái)耳目一新的“人體樂器”互動(dòng)秀。

As a founder of Human Instruments, Nick Demeris unlocks the power of the voice using techniques from singing, freestyle rap and other methods to bring the whole audience into a “Rhythm” in which we release the music inside and explore the greatest musical potential.

作為“人體樂器”藝術(shù)形態(tài)的創(chuàng)始者，Nick Demeris首先運(yùn)用自由哼唱等方式將全場(chǎng)帶入富有節(jié)奏感的律動(dòng)之中，孩子們?cè)跓o(wú)拘束的自主探究中慢慢挖掘出彼此的音樂潛能。

Nick Demeris also guided the students to use a sound recording device to experience the fun of impromptu performance. From whispering to “rock-and-roll”, the children were so creative that together they played and created a wonderful piece of music.

Nick Demeris還引導(dǎo)同學(xué)們使用聲音錄制設(shè)備，感受即興創(chuàng)作的樂趣。從輕語(yǔ)呢喃到“搖滾式”嘶吼，孩子們的創(chuàng)意無(wú)處不在，合力演奏出一支支妙不可言的音樂。

Finally, we played with spontaneous singing, vocal 'sampling,' body percussion, and ultimately how to stand at the center of a circle - turning human beings into instruments and sound into music.

集體創(chuàng)作、身體打擊樂等有趣的環(huán)節(jié)喚醒了全場(chǎng)師生的全情參與，孩子們?cè)谝魳分凶杂墒嬲股硇模餐娮C我們?nèi)绾螌⑷梭w變成最精彩的樂器，將聲音變成美妙的音樂藝術(shù)。
