關(guān)于盧森堡：

盧森堡是世界上僅剩的大公國，國土面積非常小，人口數(shù)量也不多。同時(shí)盧森堡又是一個(gè)高度發(fā)達(dá)的資本主義國家，人均收入超過10萬美金，是全球人均收入最高的國家。

盧森堡是一個(gè)內(nèi)陸小國，首都也叫盧森堡，國際學(xué)校理事會(huì)的頂級(jí)會(huì)員學(xué)校—盧森堡國際學(xué)校也位于首都盧森堡市。

淺談盧森堡教育：

盧森堡的基礎(chǔ)教育位于世界前列，在權(quán)威的國際“量評(píng)考核”中盧森堡的學(xué)生連續(xù)十幾年奪魁。盧森堡國家的每個(gè)適齡兒童，為了保持教育公平，不論國籍，不論身體健康情況都有受教育的權(quán)利，教材費(fèi)用，營(yíng)養(yǎng)午餐全由政府買單。根據(jù)該國的教育法，假如孩子上學(xué)的路程超過5公里，政府需要為該情況孩子家庭提供交通補(bǔ)貼，此做法可以確保每一位適齡兒童得到應(yīng)有的教育。

最值得一提的是在盧森堡學(xué)校必須無條件信任教師，他們對(duì)教師也沒有任何考核，他們認(rèn)為所有的教師都一樣的優(yōu)秀。在盧森堡，教師是收入最高和最受尊敬的群體，也是社會(huì)中最精英的人群。

學(xué)校概況

盧森堡國際學(xué)校接收學(xué)齡前兒童到高中學(xué)段的學(xué)生。該學(xué)校學(xué)段的設(shè)置為兩個(gè)大部門，低年級(jí)部：設(shè)有小學(xué)預(yù)備班至五年級(jí)。高年級(jí)部：設(shè)有初級(jí)中學(xué)及高級(jí)中學(xué)課程。該學(xué)校高年級(jí)部9年級(jí)及10年級(jí)的學(xué)生依據(jù)IGCSE(General Certificate of Secondary Education)的核心科目進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，當(dāng)學(xué)生升入11年級(jí)及12年級(jí)后，該校90%的學(xué)生可以獲取兩種國際文憑認(rèn)證。

IGCSE英國中學(xué)課程概覽

IGCSE(General Certificate of Secondary Education)是英國的一種課程體系。IGCSE課程是目前世界上最適合初中階段學(xué)生學(xué)的一種課程，所以不論在高中階段選擇IB課程還是A-LEVEL ，許多學(xué)校都會(huì)在初中階段讓學(xué)生去學(xué)習(xí)IGCSE,并以取得的IGCSE成績(jī)?nèi)ズ饬繉W(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)水平。IGCSE課程兼顧基礎(chǔ)性學(xué)習(xí)與學(xué)術(shù)研究，是一套相對(duì)易執(zhí)行并且成熟的課程體系。
