美國歷史最悠久的商科教育組織

DECA始創自1946年，是美國最大的商業教育組織，迄今已有近70年歷史。它致力于為市場營銷、金融、旅游、酒店管理、工商管理領域培養未來的商業領袖，目前在全美5，500多所學校擁有超過20萬成員。

ICDC全美高中生商業挑戰賽（The International Career Development Conference）是DECA每年定期舉辦的全美規格最高的商業挑戰賽，由于參賽水平高和賽制嚴格，ICDC的比賽成績在全美獲高度認可，不僅受美國 國會、美國教育部、美國學生生涯與技能組織、美國中學校長協會、美國大學理事等權威認證，還被認為是美國學生進入大學前必須參加的活動之一！

商業文書潤色

資深文書導師指導參賽代表完成初稿、中稿兩輪商業文書撰寫，并精心潤色修改，力求達到專業水平。

英文演說強化

從商業邏輯和英文表達方面對參賽代表進行強化訓練，助選手從國際比賽中脫穎而出。

學術活動心理指導

參賽代表作賽前心理輔導，隊員調節心態、以規避比賽失誤、沉著應對比賽。

答辯模擬演練

知名商學院畢業的老師，對參賽選手進行模擬演練，多輪反饋并作出專業指導。
