項(xiàng)目介紹

Penn Summer Prep Program賓大暑期預(yù)備項(xiàng)目為賓大眾多高中生暑期項(xiàng)目之一，共分兩期，每期兩周，主要為學(xué)生提供了一個(gè)在常春藤充滿(mǎn)活力的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中探索一系列l(wèi)iberal arts and science人文和科學(xué)領(lǐng)域。賓大鼓勵(lì)所有在這方面有強(qiáng)烈興趣的學(xué)生在賓大豐富教育資源的環(huán)境下，參與這個(gè)大學(xué)本科水平的課程學(xué)習(xí)。不僅可以體驗(yàn)賓大充滿(mǎn)歷史的校園，還可以探索充滿(mǎn)活力的費(fèi)城。

在課程中，賓大為那些世界各地有才華又對(duì)知識(shí)充滿(mǎn)渴望的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)了一系列多樣嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)某两袑W(xué)習(xí)模塊（modules），均由賓大講師授課。雖然整個(gè)課程都沒(méi)有學(xué)分，但是學(xué)生把他們的激情完全釋放在他們感興趣的領(lǐng)域上，而不是為了分?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)習(xí)。在深入學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中，很多學(xué)生會(huì)對(duì)跨學(xué)科的話(huà)題游樂(lè)更深入的了解，有望成為下一代批判性思想家和全球公民，并在我們的幫助下，磨煉學(xué)術(shù)成長(zhǎng)的必要技能。所有完整參加完該項(xiàng)目學(xué)生都將收獲Certificate of Completion，更有可能得到賓大教師的推薦信。

2020 Summer Prep課程

Penn Summer Prep Program項(xiàng)目共分為Session A和Session B兩期。錄取后的學(xué)生將會(huì)在課程顧問(wèn)的指導(dǎo)下，在每期中分別選擇參加上午和下午兩個(gè)模塊的學(xué)習(xí)，每個(gè)module都是從各個(gè)學(xué)科中精心挑選出可以代表賓大本科課程的深度和廣度的課程。每天，每個(gè)module都需要學(xué)生參與兩個(gè)半小時(shí)，可能在上午也可能在下午，課后會(huì)有老師布置閱讀、寫(xiě)作或者作業(yè)等內(nèi)容。不過(guò)學(xué)生要做好花更多的時(shí)間在課外學(xué)習(xí)上的心理準(zhǔn)備。2020年不同Session的課程選擇大致如下：
